What counts as an “App” in Appinion?
An app represents a single product, even if it is published on multiple app stores such as the App Store and Google Play. We treat these listings as one app for billing and feature limits.
Do you offer a free plan?
We do not offer a free plan. However, all new accounts start with a 14-day trial on the Starter plan, giving you full access to listening and analysis features with no credit card required.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your trial ends, access to the platform is paused. Your data is kept safe, and you can choose a plan at any time to continue working with your insights.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period to avoid disrupting your workflows.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter is designed for teams that want to listen and understand user feedback. Growth is for teams ready to act, offering automation, replies, and AI-powered assistance to reduce manual work.
What makes the Premium plan different?
Premium includes proactive, in-app feedback collection via SDK. It allows you to capture contextual feedback directly inside your app, before issues become public reviews.
Is the Proactive Feedback SDK included in all plans?
No. The Proactive Feedback SDK is only available on the Premium plan, as it requires additional setup and supports advanced feedback capture and automation.
How many users can access my account?
Each plan includes a set number of seats. You can invite team members up to your plan limit to collaborate and manage feedback together.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Yes. All plans are available with monthly billing, and yearly billing comes with a discount compared to monthly pricing.
What happens if my subscription expires?
If your subscription expires, access to the platform is paused. You can reactivate your subscription at any time without losing your data.
